Thank you for coming to Australia and sharing your expertise with our young singers…I was fascinated to watch the singers gain so much through your tutelage. Please come to Australia again. –Helen Ferguson, Dame Nellie Melba Trustee

But back to Chuck! I can’t tell you what an incredible experience it was to work with him. He gave us so much insight into HOW to interpret an aria or a role, and all the psycho-physical exercises we worked on were incredibly challenging and useful and empowering. It was an incredibly rewarding few days, culminating in the masterclass which was just a fantastic experience for me. So many thanks must be give to the foundation, not only for arranging and funding Chuck’s visit, but for everything you’ve done to keep opera going here in Christchurch during the earthquakes. –Amanda Winfield, soprano.

Taming of the Who? Shakespeare as you have never seen it! With multi-award winning New York director, Chuck Hudson in Perth fresh from the US specifically for the production, both the singers and audience were in good hands. Acclaimed Sydney Philharmonic Choirs conductor Brett Weymark joined Hudson on the highly entertaining and provocative show. –Inside WAAPA Newsletter, Nov 2012
